Everything the Foundation does sits under one of four headings. Each runs on its own cycle, and each is open by application, whatever your age.
01 — Leadership
Leadershipmentoring
Small groups meet with a serving professional through a structured cycle, working on ethics, decision-making and public responsibility. Mentees finish with a personal development plan and a mentor they can still call.

02 — Education
Educationaccess
We work with community schools to return out-of-school children to the classroom, and with partners on scholarship pathways for mentees leaving secondary school. Support ranges from learning materials to school fees.

03 — Entrepreneurship
Enterpriseand skills
Practical training for young people building something of their own, delivered by people who have done it. The emphasis is on enterprises that last and employ others, not on quick wins.

04 — Peace advocacy
Peaceadvocacy
Mentees are trained as peace ambassadors in their own communities, and the Foundation engages institutions on youth participation, conflict prevention and civic responsibility.
