The Foundation joined a Women in Politics and Governance event in Abuja. Promoting gender equality and inclusion is one of our stated aims, and it is not a separate programme — it is a test we apply to every cohort we recruit.
The most useful part of the day was the least formal: young women asking people already doing the work how they got there.
